Take Me There
The Playground
The playground at Campbell Street Recreation Center is beautiful and newly built. It is located directly behind the splash pad and well removed from the road. There are two sections to this playground; One for older kids, and the other for younger. The playground for the older kids as a “repelling wall,” spiral slide, zip line, monkey bars and more!

The smaller playground contains fun climbing apparatuses and a small slide. Note, Recreation programs also use the playground so it may get busy during Rec Center Program Hours.

The Splash Pad
The Splash Pad is open the Friday of Memorial Day through labor Day, daily from 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Pets, street shoes, food, drink, gum and glass containers are prohibited in this area.
The Splash Pad is on a timer with a simple, child accessible button to press to turn the water back on. The splash pad is simple and contains a misting arch (loved by adults and children!), two fountain poles and another ground level fountain. This makes the water output fairly predictable and great for a wide age range.

The Recreation Center
The Rec Center is vibrant and fun inside and out. They hold events year round. More details on programming HERE.
