Homeschool Climb
When: Wednesdays through April
No matter the age, climbing builds self-confidence, problem solving skills, and healthy bodies and minds. Children in the homeschool climb program will spend half an hour on the wall with our Climbing Instructors learning the fundamentals of climbing in an environment that fosters active lifestyles. Kids will develop teamwork skills while engaging with the other homeschoolers and making new friends while having fun on the wall!
Please arrive 15-minutes ahead of your scheduled time to receive safety instructions from a teammate and complete a waiver prior to climbing. Climbing shoes are required to use the wall and are provided as part of the climbing experience or you are welcome to provide your own. Please do not put on climbing shoes or harness until instructed by a Teammate. Must be 6 years or older to climb.

Reserve a 15-minute climb on our rock wall. We have 3 vertical climbing routes available. Our staff belayer will help you get geared up and spot you during your climb. CLIMBER MUST BE 6 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
ScoreCard membership will be verified at check in.

Lunchtime Laps (Weekdays)
Sessions:
- 1 hour duration
- 11am-3pm, Monday-Friday
- Participants are encouraged to bring their favorite walking shoes, water bottle, sunscreen and shades to make for an idyllic afternoon

How does walking the track sound during your lunch break? Enter Lunchtime Laps! Weekdays starting Monday, May 2, bring your sneakers, favorite water bottle, your favorite shades and get outside! We have all the makings for your midday cardio session and invite your colleagues as workout buddies.
Sunday Funday Family Run Day
Grab a pedometer and start tracking your steps! National Run Month is here this May and we are providing you with a fun environment to celebrate.
Beginning Sunday, May 8, we are offering up our track to move and groove and count your steps to earn ScoreCard Rewards.
Session Times:

- Sunday, May 22
- Sunday, May 29 (Memorial Day Weekend)
Sessions include:
- 2 hours of track time, 1-3pm
- Free for ScoreCard members
- Dress for the weather. If inclement weather is approaching, we will contact you to reschedule your session.
Bike Expo
When: May 14
Join us as we prepare for hitting the trails this biking season with demos, meet & greets with area biking associations, and get tips from our Equipment Services Lead on tune-ups and maintenance.
On Saturday, May 14 from 11am-3pm, The Field will be setup to host the following stations:
- Each hour our bike experts will be available to demonstrate needed equipment for cycling enthusiasts. Our outdoor track will be available for athletes to test ride bicycles
- 12-1pm: Bike decorating contest
- 1-2pm: Equipment Services Lead, Steve will host an information session on bike maintenance.
- 2-3pm: Bike Safety representatives will be on hand to teach helmet and bike safety lessons.
This event is free for all ages.

Outdoor Expo
When: May 21
Join us for ALL THINGS OUTDOOR. We’ve partnered with Van Bortel Subaru, Genesee Valley ADK Chapter, the Scouts, Exploring Genesee Valley, Seager Marina, Canandaigua Lake Trout Unlimited, and Vantastic Adventures, along with our House of Sport experts to learn everything you need to know about heading outdoors, this summer.
The fun begins at 11 am-3 pm. Learn how to:
- Rack a kayak, with or without a car rack/cradle: 11:15 am, 12:15 pm, 1:15 pm, 2:15 pm
- Inflate a Stand Up Paddleboard: 11:15 am, 12:15 pm, 1:15 pm, 2:15 pm
- Fly Tying with Canandaigua Lake Trout Unlimited: 11 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm
- What to pack for a day hike: 11:30 am, 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm, 2:30 pm
- What to pack for an overnight camping trip: 11:45 am, 12:45 pm, 1:45 pm, 2:45 pm
- How to pack for car camping: 11 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm
- Campground set up: demo
- Boats and watersports: Water Safety: 11:45 am, 12:45 pm, 1:45 pm, 2:45 pm

SNAG Sundays (Starting New At Golf)
Sessions:
- 11am & 11:30am
- $10pp
- Courses serve ages 5 to 9 years old
- Each event is capped at 50 participants to ensure everyone’s safety & the quality of instruction
This FUN class allows newcomers to learn the game of golf differently! Ideal for Ages 5-9yrs.Starting New At Golf (SNAG) is designed to offer young athletes the chance to grow their athleticism and expose young athletes to the game of golf.
Learn to drive, chip, and putt through various activities and games while receiving instruction from your favorite DSG Teammates! Instruction will be focused on the FUNdamentals of golf, to develop skills for play focused on fun, inclusion and developmentally appropriate activities.
Classes are held each Sunday, for 30 minutes each session:
