Take Me There
The first playground you’ll encounter is meant for campers but continue on and you’ll find a parking area for the bigger playground. This playground has several slides, big artificial rocks to climb on and educational boards built within the play structures. The view is stunning and there is little traffic to worry about around the play area. There are a lot of shelters nearby and several bathroom facilities.
This playground is for the campers and contains a climbing structure, zipline and simple playground with tunnel and slide.
The hiking here will take you to one of the highest points in Ontario County and some amazing views. There are tons of trails and paths, some are stroller and wheelchair friendly but some are not so bring a carrier for the baby if you want to venture further into the woods. The Finger Lakes trail will take you through an ADA approved path with an accessible overlook. The trails continue from there and wind through the hill. Being the highest point, there are some steep slopes, so hold hands and keep a close eye!
