There is so much to be explored at Corbett Park. Along with the playground, there is a pavilion with picnic tables and grills and a walking path to a pond. There are large fields far from the road for running and frisbee as well as views of the Erie Canal and some calisthenics equipment further beyond the playground. There are no bathroom facilities at the park but the village of Brockport is just minutes away. The parking lot can be found off of Clark St.

Ridge Park in Webster recently received a makeover to include a padded play surface with wheelchair accessibility. Kids love to run, crawl and ride up and down the ramps of this playground. With the rubber surface, it’s a great playground to visit any time of year.

This is a great place to head on a sunny day. At the playground, there is a rock wall and swings of all kinds. The sandbox here is a large and in good condition. Be sure to pack some cups or sand toys. The open air pavilion has several picnic tables. There is also a little free library so bring some books!

We don’t often showcase school playgrounds, but this one on the Victor Central School Campus is too great to ignore. Being on school property, this playground is only accessible to the public outside of school hours.

Located at the top of Keuka Lake, Red Jacket Park offers a beautiful spot to seek shade, visit a playground and cool off in the lake. This park is about an hour drive from the City of Rochester but makes for a great stop if exploring Penn Yan for the day. Consider stopping by Oak Hill Bulk Foods and the Spotted Duck while in the area!

Perinton Park is a lovely park for kids and adults alike. As the park is along the canal, one can find plenty to do from fishing to biking to strolling the canal path. Not too far from the canal is a tennis court and basketball court creating a safe barrier from the canal for the large playground. The park is full of large trees, picnic tables and grills creating a wonderful picnic opportunity. The park features both a pavilion and a lodge for party opportunities. The park and restrooms are well maintained and parking is plentiful.
