Highland is a vast park with ice skating, festivals, hiking and a year-round conservatory. Near Highland Ave and Meadowbrook Rd, you can find an all natural playground. On the other side of the park is a second playground near the Lamberton Conservatory. Also be sure to find the sunken garden!

Ellison is a very large park right outside our city. Aside from the playground, the park features access to the Irondequoit Creek, several athletic fields, tennis courts, Fort Schuyler replica, sledding hills and a legal off-leash dog park. Bathrooms, pavilions, grills, hiking and fishing can all be found within the park.

The Eastview mall is bustling with family fun! We love to head to Dick’s House of Sport for the rock wall and field as well as visit the carousel and food court for an affordable and entertaining indoor outing.
95 Semmel Rd, Honeoye Falls, NY 14472
This Mendon playground is partially shaded and near the towns highway department so you are likely to spot some heavy equipment! This is also one of the few playgrounds with one of those cars kiddos can sit in! Continue the fun by exploring the fenced in tennis and basketball courts as well as walking paths through the woods.

Budd Park is a fantastic small town park that gives a big town feel to anyone who visits. There is ample space to move around, playground, basketball and tennis courts as well as seasonal events that welcomes everyone. Across the street there is a dog park, great fishing spots as well as access to the creek and a community garden.
5 Browns Ave, Scottsville, NY 14546
This is a small town park which has some unique amenities. Set back from the road there are two playground areas (large and small), skate park, baseball field and several volleyball nets. There is also grills and an open air pavilion with bathrooms.
353 Court St, Rochester, NY 14607
Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial park is an Industrial style playground found with the city of Rochester. The playground features a single fountain “splash pad” to cool off in after climbing its unique structures. Though this playground is geared toward older children, it can be fun for kids of all ages. There is plenty to do around this playground including ice skating in the winter and the year-round museum of play and play walk. The park also hosts the beloved Roc Holiday Village in December.

Churchville Park is expansive and hosts a nice playground by a lodge. Explore the park further and you will find hiking trails with boardwalks and views of Black Creek.
