Long Acre Farm is a must visit every fall (or spring or summer!) It is open May through October and boasts NY’s longest running corn maze, a gift shop, ice cream stand, winery, summer concerts, free activities for the kids and extended activities with the purchase of an admission bracelet.

This is a great place to head on a sunny day. At the playground, there is a rock wall and swings of all kinds. The sandbox here is a large and in good condition. Be sure to pack some cups or sand toys. The open air pavilion has several picnic tables. There is also a little free library so bring some books!

Rothfuss Park is a beautiful and popular park in Penfield. It has two newer playgrounds that are both loved by many. The first Playground is a Jack’s Place playground and the second is an inclusive playground. There are seasonal bathrooms here and lots of green space! A virtual fitness trail can also be found winding around the park.

This park is well hidden which means away from the street and not very populated. There is fishing and hiking and plenty of space for running around.

This location has so much to offer! There is a spacious playground, climbing wall, electronic music pad, large clean family bathrooms and a little free library. Beside the playground there is open fields for soccer, lacrosse and plenty of space for flying kites. There is an open pavilion next to the playground so bring a lunch and make a day of it!
