Northampton Park is a Monroe County Park that encompasses Springdale Farm and the new Alpine Adventure Zone! If heading to the farm, the playground near Springdale Farm is the first thing you see upon entering the parking lot but there is so much more! Check back here for details regarding the farm as they develop with the ongoing changes of the pandemic. Note, dogs are allowed at Northampton Park but not within Springdale Farm.

Schoen Place is probably one of the most popular spots to stroll the canal in Rochester. With many dining spots, Ice Cream, Lock 32 Brewery and shops, it’s a go-to walk on a summer’s day. This spot also often hosts free summer concerts and is a great spot to feed the ducks.

Kershaw is a beautiful park located right along Canandaigua Lake. There is a nice breeze coming from the lake and a beach with lifeguards nearby. There are paved paths to stroll the lake and fishing access.

University Ave Provides a beautiful urban stroll. There is a playground conveniently located along the walk as well as cafes and other dining experiences. The Memorial Art Gallery is just a brisk walk away along the University Ave Art Walk!
